The sale closed on 12/15/2017. Progress has been very slow. In short, engaged an engineer, who reported 6 weeks later that the job was too complex for him, then engaged with a second engineer, who subsequently engaged a surveyor who reported back eventually that we need to clear trails for him to do his work. I've provided my billing address for that; no actual progress at the site. Detail:
01/10/18 - emailed Dean Blacketer, a recommended engineer, re: obtaining authorization for well and septic tank at the property
01/18/18 - Contracted with Dean Blacketer; estimated cost of $6,200; gave check for $1,107 for King County Design Application fee
02/22/18 - Dean Blacketer said it was beyond his capabilities
02/22/18 - emailed Rocky Anderson
03/26/18 - Rocky Anderson put me on a 3-month wait list; paid $2,750 retainer toward estimated cost of $7K
05/11/18 - Rocky Anderson suggests that we engage a civil engineering firm to coordinate the whole process
06/04/18 - followed up with Rocky; is working with a firm to get me a proposal
06/28/18 - Rocky Anderson provided a quote of $1,100 from Jerry O'Hare, a surveyor
08/17/18 - Rocky Anderson requested authorization to engage someone to clear trails for the surveying work; estimate TBD; approved and requested photos after clearing.
