Took the plunge

Well, it's sounding like I may have some significant expenses coming up, like the fee for digging the well, so I took the plunge and checked loans. Rates aren't that great. I'll need to borrow 75% of the home's value, which will only give me about $325K, and it'll cost 4.5% on a 30-year loan, with payments (including escrow) of $3K. Let's hope this whole thing works out. I'm actually getting kind of scared at the thought of those big payments and the commitment to so little money, but what else can a chick do? I've sat down, buckled up, and I'm hitting the throttle.
